I went through the Angi's List app and this is the company that they recommended...which turned out to be a nightmare for me and the worst experience I have ever had going through this app. I was speaking with Mike who works for this company and we agreed on a date and time for him to fix the things that we have discussed previously for 7/5/26 at 4pm which was yesterday, but he never showed up or even called to let me know that he was running late, so I texted him at 4:10pm and he took his sweet time returning my text which was going on 4:30 at this point, so I ended up canceling my appointment, then he lies about helping a dog instead of just being a real man and taking accountability for his actions. Mike called me boo boo the fool and cussing as well as calling me bat shit crazy. I will never ever go through any other app for help with my house ever again. Mike was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I already know that nothing is going to happen and of course will defend him

Gave me a reasonable quote. We set up a time for the job to be completed, and an hour before it was supposed to happen, he texted and said he couldn?t come.
