I called this company and got a return phone call right away and was scheduled right away. The techinician (Ryan) explained the process, came out, and sentme an invoice. Best of all the hornets are gone. Thank you Ryan!

I am not convinced that the job warranted a $125.00 fee. Ryan was not very forthcoming with explanations regarding the situation. However, the spray he used did the kill the yellow jackets. He did say he would guarantee the job if the yellow jackets returned to that location.

Ended up signing up for quarterly service

I was not at all impressed. The young man showed and the first thing he ask was for water to fill his sprayer. C'mon, you can't have all the needed supplies to do a job when you show up? Also, at first he gave me a price of $85.00, then as a "favor" he said to just make it $75.00 which I did. After he left, I checked out the web site for his business which was printed on the reciept and there was a notice that first time customers recieve $25.00 off the visit. What the heck? I was over charged right from the get-go. I don't think he did all that great of a job applying the spray either but, I'm not a expert.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. One of the two nests had to be retreated because it was difficult to access. The serviceman came out and took care of the problem.
