Horrible experience. Deceitful and serious price gouging. Selling me expensive, overpriced unnecessary plumbing items. Took 3 times to actually have a new bathtub that they didn?t damage installing. Did work that there was no permit for. They rebuilt my garage floor and put nothing to support it. Myself and my car could have easily gone right through it. They should have known this. Management will bully you if you say a less than great review. (Bill). One employee stole 2 figurines from my late aunt. Awful experience causing tremendous stress for a disabled senior woman and affecting my health.

The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They made lots of helpful recommendations about improvements that we could make to our water system. We are considering some, but ultimately it is good to know all the options we have available.

Nexgen Air Conditioning has an excellent team of professionals in all phases of the process. We agreed on a price and the work was completed in a very timely manner. The follow-up has been great as well. I would highly recommend them.

We were in a desperate situation: on the coldest day of the year, with family visiting from Florida - including our baby grandson, our furnace went out. NEXGEN came immediately, provided options, and repaired the furnace before we even had the funds available for payment. That is unheard of in today's world. To say we were grateful is an understatement. We paid them in full 2 days later. Everyone in the company was kind, understanding, prompt, professional. 5 Star review from the Kuznkowski Family!!!

The installers were very professional, neat, clean and they did not leave any old parts or debris behind. Very excellent work. We would recommend NeXGen to anyone who may ask.

The company was on time, protected work area, cleaned up after the completion of the installation. All staff members had strong customer skills. Did not like to negotiate the price of the unit, would prefer the cost to be based other companies within the area.
