Hector was great. When I initially sent out the request for some electrical work to be done, Hector responded with a price range which helped me to make a quicker decision. He came out on a Sunday morning and installed the new outlets and explained exactly what I needed to convert my 2-prong outlets to include a ground. He was fast and efficient. I checked all the outlets he installed and they are working.

Hector is an honest man, very informative and super effective. We hired him for electrical issues, he could’ve taken longer in order to charge us more but he didn’t. I was openly willing to pay for 2 hours, but he solved it in one. He explained all the issues, showed me what the problems were and how he was fixing them. He is a professional and solved our problem. Not only did he solve the problem but he cared about the safety of our home and family and shared many useful precautions and ways to identify unsafe outlets. We will be hiring him for more work.

He worked on the well outlet which he determined upon results provided to him through his diagnostic test that the wire was loose so there was no power coming from the wall outlet. He successfully repaired the wall outlet.
