NG Pool Services, LLC

Nick and all of NG pool services has been outstanding for years. They clean and maintain both my personal pool and a few of our rentals pools. Nick is extremely communicative, and has never let us down. We refer him to all of our family, friends, and clients on a regular basis. Finding a high quality and consistent pool company is next to impossible so we are thankful too have stumbled across Nick.

Nick explained to me that pool cleaning service days would be on Monday or Tuesday from 12-5pm They started coming on Wednesdays then it changed to Thursdays, no notice or communication unless I reached out to them. Did a very poor job cleaning the pool, they did not brush the steps and did the bare minimum. Honestly, it did not look like they did anything but pass the net through the pool. Missed one week, again no communication until I reached out then the following week on a Friday. I again reached out because it was Friday and no service had been done. Nick then mentioned he would be there and no show. Instead I received a text message saying he is going to have to cancel my service and will refund me a portion for the August billing. I should receive a refund for the whole month of August. Two weeks with no service, the pool looked horrible and I was hosting a pool party. Perfect timing huh? I asked Nick to look at the pool timer, he said it did not work. My husband YouTubed it and bam it worked. NG Pools is very unprofessional, their scheduling and times are not consistent and erratic. I would not recommend NG Pool Services. I was not asking for much other than pool service on the day/time they committed to and that was hard for them to do. On another note I am happy Nick canceled my service. I have now found a reliable pool service company that has come to service our pool, communicates and is committing to service our pool on the date/time they provided and if by any chance they cannot make it will give us notification. The new pool company mentioned a handful of things the pool was missing something so basic as to chlorine. Save yourself the time and money and do not hire NG Pool Services.

Nick was amazing! We had been struggling with our pool for awhile trying to figure out what was wrong. Within 5 minutes of Nickâ s arrival he easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Our pool is running great now and we couldnâ t be happier. His knowledge and professionalism were top notch. I highly recommend him for any pool needs. He will be servicing our pool from now on!

Very helpful with explaining what needed to be done. Knew the problem right away & fixed it. Went on to explain several helpful things in maintaining pool. Couldn't have been nicer & we are very happy to have found Nick for our pool problems. Very fair pricing & highly recommend him.

I Have had Nick and Gen Clean our Pool and have found them to be Exemplary in All they do...It's Not just the basics either because our pool is a Shasta Show Pool that is not easy to clean with all the added variables and yet they have the Expertise to handle this when others have not been able to. We have been more then pleased with the professional manner in which they do all that is entailed in this difficult Pool because I had to do it myself until they were recommended to us. On another note they have been Great also with our Dogs. They are the Best!

Spoke with Nick yesterday and his crew will be here on Friday. Great to work with so far.
