I've enjoyed working with NHH two times now in the last five years. Once for a metal roof install and again when hail damage necessitated a replacement. After the first install, I insisted that NHH replace the roof after the storm. Arnie Lawson is the owner and I've had the privilege of getting to know him and I can vouch for his character and integrity, which I would rate as top-in-class. After a hail storm tore through our part of town in 2020, we had a local company, NHH Roofing, inspect our roofing. Arnie Lawson of NHH Roofing could not have been more accommodating or informative in the entire process. Arnie and NHH Roofing worked with the insurance company and inspector directly, leaving nothing to us but the home-owner decisions of shingle types, venting, and gutters. Communication is key in situations such as these where claims may only be filed once in a lifetime. Arnie and NHH Roofing, once again, went above and beyond in the communications aspect, and completed our large project in a very timely and efficient manner. They're a hometown business with big city results. You won't find a company or contractor more knowledgeable or invested in your project. They turn out perfect results, and at two different points after the project was completed, Arnie came back to check out the work again...and there was something he didn't like, regarding some drip edge and overhang, and had guys come back to change the layout to fit his liking. We liked the look of the products and the fact that they are very low maintenance. We liked the services provided and the fact that we were kept inform every step of the way. They handled contacting the insurance co., mortgage co. and building inspectors and made everything very painless for us. Super people to work with from the owner to the sub contractors to the office staff.

Arnie and his guys were very respectful, easy to work with and helpful with ideas for options to achieve what we wanted. They handled everything from start to finish, we had to do nothing other than confirm color choices and layout. Every night they cleaned up the yard and the materials so that nothing was left looking messy. We would hire them again in a heartbeat to handle any other renovation or repair/install project.
