Dan G was here allllllllll day, diagnosing a problem with our air-conditioning and heating system at Blue Water Spa in Southampton. He was informative, quiet, and executed his job really really well. can’t recommend him enough!

Daniel came today to work on an issue we had with the HVAC & was so VERY helpful. He explained everything & the issue seems to be resolved! Cole was absolutely amazing and extremely detailed in his explanation and execution of the work to be completed. He went above and beyond to get the job done right and in a timely manner. He also cleaned up each area he worked in immediately after finishing. He was so very kind and had such great attention to detail with each area completed. He then took the time to explain and demonstrate everything with ease so we knew exactly how everything works once everything was completed! I would highly recommend Cole to anyone who needs electrical work done. He is honestly the best electrician I've ever hired. I would 100% hire Cole again!! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would!

Ripped out the old system and installed a new one the same day. The crew was courteous and professional. I was actually able to negotiate the price with them. I highly recommend this company.

The AC was installed in 2021 replacing an existing AC. It worked well for two seasons but I n the beginning of this season 2024, I had problems. Although the technicians that came were nice, they did nothing to fix the problem until Christian who worked tirelessly. In the future I will only ask for him. The reason for the rating is because their customer service is very good, however, I went nearly the entire summer with an AC that was malfunctioning because the first two techs could not find any problem. Also, I find their repairs costly. An example is that I paid to be in a program where they inspect electrical plumbing and hvac. No recommendation was less than $500. In fact my son used them to replace two hoses in the kitchen. Starting price for anything seems to be $500 even if they are there for 30 minutes. The choice is yours. very good customers service, nice but mediocre techs (except for Christian) and costly repairs.

Just try them. One time .if good a dnd honestly worked, keep them for future help .
