N-Hance Over the Mountain

Sammy and the N-Hance team were wonderful. We have an older home with some quirks, and everyone who came out to quote (before Sammy) urged us to do a complete gut of the kitchen and rebuild with custom cabinets, to the tune of $40-$50k. We have lived with this kitchen for 25 years and just felt like that was too much of an investment, too late in life for us. But nobody would listen! They just shook their head at our wonky cabinets â and some even laughed at how non-standard the measurements were. Sammy came out and listened to me. He has renovated lots of older homes and lives in one himself. He never pushed to gut it all, and although he did note some odd measurements, he was never rude about it. He gave us great suggestions about what could be done, and we liked having those options. In a few days, he provided a very reasonable quote that detailed everything he would do, and he has stuck to it. He always let us know what would happen next and when. He texted when his crews were on the way, and checked in with us in person or by phone regularly. All his crews (floor refinishers, cabinet painters, door installers, electrician) are very professional, respectful and neat. I talked to 6 or 7 kitchen remodelers before I met Sammy, but I am so glad we found N-Hanceâ ¦they were the perfect team for us. We are thrilled with the results and have not a single regret. We have had several large renovations and additions done on this house, but none have been as easy, surprise-free and lovely as this job done by N-Hance. TEN STARS and 2 thumbs up.

Sammy was a delight to work with. We had a few issues getting the color just right but he repainted until every thing was perfect. He was very accommodating with me and helpful as I tried to manage counter top and back splash changes with another contractor. The quality of the work was excellent. Im so excited sbout my cabinets and how good they look. I would use Sammy again and again and recommend him to anyone.

**WARNING at the end of my service I was solicited to give a 5-star review for $100, which I declined and am unsure about how many of the previous reviews were purchased by this contractor. If I could give 0 stars I would. Sammy was hired to refinish hardwood floors. Communication and professionalism were poor. He was dishonest and lacked integrity. Due to patterns that I noticed were taking place, I decided to go with another contractor to complete the additional jobs. In the middle of the demo I decided to cancel the kitchen floor installation and explained that we would pay the cost of the demo. He understood and agreed to these terms and created a new invoice. The new invoice stated that the payment received was $2000 however my card was charged $2100. I noticed I was charged 5% which totaled an additional $100 in fees. I explained to Sammy that I was NEVER notified of this and that when he took my card, he went outside, charged the card, and came back in for me to sign without ever seeing a notification of any additional fees. He did say he would try to refund the money back to my card. I suggested that he deduct $100 from the remaining invoice balance of $2,747.40. He explained to me that the fees were taken from the credit processor and none of it went to him and therefore couldnâ t deduct it. He later agreed to deduct the $100 from the remaining balance and then stated that if we pay cash, he would give 10% off the remaining balance. Because this was a phone conversation, I made it a point to ask him if he would send a new invoice with these terms and he convinced me that there wouldnâ t be any problems when it was time to make the payment. I made it a point to message Sammy with the expectation for the upcoming days because the job was soon to be coming to a close. I explained that I would make the payment once everything was completed. Because I was paying in cash I had already calculated the total according to the terms that he had stated and we both agreed on â 10% off the remaining balance and $100 off the uninformed charged fees bringing my total to 2,373.40. To my surprise, I received an email from Sammy asking if I wanted to include the $100 deduction in exchange for a 5 star review (which I declined) because he wanted to create a new invoice so he could also apply the deduction for paying in cash â depending on the tax amountâ . The problem I had with this is that we had already agreed that 10% of the remaining balance would be deducted. He stated that he said â up to 10%â which is totally false. Remind you I had already taken the cash out for the amount we had agreed upon. Since he refused to uphold the terms to our agreement, I asked if he would just send me a new invoice of how much he now expected me to pay. I then received a phone call from Paige â Sammyâ s wife and business partner. She apologized for the lack of communication and for the frustration that I had to endure. She agreed to the terms of Sammyâ s previous agreement of the 10% off of the remaining balance and the $100 off for the uninformed charged fees. She did inform me that the $100 deduction for the 5 star review was something that the company recently added, If I had known that I would be treated with such poor service, I wouldâ ve never hired N HANCE Over The Mountain. I called Paige and asked if it was okay if I gave a cashiers check because honestly if I paid cash I wouldnâ t have a record to show proof that I had paid.. She said the cashiers check was okay. I did receive the invoice with the amount paid in full. All in all the lack of communication, poor professionalism, and untrustworthiness just isnâ t worth the quality of work N Hance Over the Mountain was able to provide.

This contractor is at the top of my list. I have done several projects and none has come out as nice as this. The time and detail of their work is beyond reproach. Our cabinets were pulling away from the walls and out date. There was also a lack of space. They worked with us and came up with a solid solution. Could not of ask for more. The best thing I liked was the pride in their work. Everything was done with care. If I could give a higher rating I would. The final thought to leave you with. When I saw my wife look of happiness I knew we chose right. Will use this company again. Multi-talented.

Sammy with N-Hance was a delight to work with! He responded quickly to all my needs and was VERY gracious with all of our ideas! He made our vision come to life. He was responsible and made himself available to us if we ever needed any touch-ups in the future! I have highly recommended him to our friends.

Sammy has been absolutely fantastic to work with! From the moment of first contact it has been a wonderful experience. At no point did I ever feel pressured or feel as though he was trying to up sale products and services on me. I told him my vision and from there he was able to offer reccomendations to what needed to be done to bring that vision to life. He respected my timeline and budget and executed the project to nothing short of perfection. Even with last minute changes, he was able to get the job done on time and at a great price. I would highly recommend Sammy with N Hance for all your cabinet painting and refacing needs.
