We hired this company based on the quality and value and warranty. We put down a deposit for the work to be completed, however, for the last week we cannot get anyone to call us back or text us. The check has been cashed and no work has been completed.

We had our cabinets refinished and they look fantastic. The communication from their staff from beginning to end was excellent. They showed up when they said they would and kept us in the loop the entire time. The workmanship met and exceeded our expectations. And when they encountered anything unusual they were quick to explain the best resolution which is all one can ask for. Very satisfied.

I hired the company to reface my kitchen cabinets. I replaced all my doors and drawer fronts and assumed that they would be full overlay doors as is the style these days. I admit I forgot to specifically ask, but Chris never mentioned that the new doors wouldn't be full overlay. As he is the professional and deals with this every day, he should have made this clear to me. Now I am stuck with new door fronts that are already dated looking. Also, I had new cabinets installed around my refrigerator and Chris measured them wrong, and they had to be reconfigured, adding time to the project. The worst part of this experience was that once I realized that the cabinets were not what I wanted, I tried to call Chris to see if there was something we could work out, but he NEVER returned my phone calls or texts, instead having one of his workmen call me to explain that I was basically out of luck. I cannot believe this level of unprofessionalism. I could understand the miscommunication about the door fronts, but completely ignoring my concerns is completely unacceptable.

In the 150+ kitchen projects we completed this year it is rare that we encounter this level of dissatisfaction where we can't come up with a solution to satisfy our customers. It appears that we had a couple of areas of communication that could have been smoother and understanding your desire to change the landscape of the design would have been beneficial during the consultation and corresponding visits. We certainly would have addressed this and adjusted the quote according knowing this information or made recommendations on what is and isn't feasible. I discussed your cabinets around your refrigerator with my team and we did need to make a slight adjustment to the opening for your refrigerator but it was all installed correctly the first time and on time. Anytime custom cabinets are made there will be occasions that they need to be adjusted before install. When it comes to communicating with our customers we prefer to empower our employees with the ability to help resolve issues which is why Chris asked that this be handled directly from the project manager. The person that was on your project was our most tenured employee and is also our Shop Manager so there was 100% confidence in his ability to discuss any concerns. I've added the photos from your project into HomeAdvisor for your review and from what I can see they look amazing. Regardless of my opinions it is still apparent that your experience was less than acceptable of which we apologize."

Like others we were not sure how our oak cabinets would come out white. But sure enough they are white and look fantastic. NHance made sure we were satisfied and got the results we were hoping for. They even touched up and smoothed out some rough places on the island shelves. Also had them install new hinges, knobs and handles.

My maple cabinets had yellowed over time and NHance turned them a beautiful white with a grey island. The entire kitchen was transformed in only 4 days! We tried painting a small section of our cabinetry ourselves and after a month of not achieving the result we wanted, we gave up and hired NHance-I only wish we had hired them sooner!

NHance turned our 20 year old dark oak cabinets into great looking white cabinets. Very happy with the end result. They were great to work with, taped and covered all parts of the kitchen, also put up tented plastic areas (one in garage for all removable parts) and in kitchen to protect from spray. They were âÂÂprosâ working fast and within estimate. Would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. The people were all wonderful to work with. They were friendly, dependable, respectful, timely, communicative and flexible. They were great with my kids and my dogs and a pleasure to have in my home. Their ultimate goal with this project was to do a great job and to make the final product live up to my expectations. The final product actually exceeded my very high expectations! My cabinets look so much better than I ever imagined possible. It doesn't even feel like the same kitchen anymore.
