Even though the weather conditions were not optimal John Mendes and his team did a great job painting the exterior of my home in Naples. They were hard working and always happy to make any changes I requested. The cost was well below other estimates I received .John always got back to me with any questions I had in a timely manner and I would definitely use them again.

WOW! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! John Mendes and NIC crew exceeded all our expectations. No surprises. On time and on budget. Work was professional, meticulous and perfection. We have a primary residence and two rental properties. Work involved everything from re-tiling the floor, painting, new carpeting, baseboard replacement and bathroom fix. John's crew was on time, clean, polite, responsive...and the work was impeccable and beautiful. We will continue to upgrade and maintain our home(s) with NIC and will refer to our neighbors too. John Mendes is very friendly and always available by phone. His pricing is very competitive. The shower back splash that was installed was exceptional. As well as the back splash in the kitchen. It was done very professionally. Just outstanding. His crew were very hardworking and arrived on time. I needed additional work done and John sent someone to help me finish the project on a Saturday. I was very grateful for that. I would highly recommend for others to use NIC Contracting on their future projects & home improvements.

Best service company experience since we've lived in Naples, 11 years. Team of painters had an incredible work ethic, 8-5, no breaks but short lunch! Each was professional, courteous, personable and immaculate. Work was completed flawlessly and a day early. Owner John, on site, exceeded all expectations!

New Island Cleaning was terrific. We were pressed to have our carpets cleaned with only a 4 day window, initially they were booked, but rearranged their schedule to accommodate us. They were great and we were very pleased.

It is very hard to find good help. THE owner of this company , John Mendes is extremely professional, prompt and honest. He does not make false promises and always keeps his word. He shows up when he says he will and makes sure the job is done right . His prices are fair and the work is top notch. His workers are also great, very respectful and very helpful. I have used many other painters and have never been quite as satisfied. I have recommended him to many other people.
