Fantastic service! The Door Company dispatcher told me he had an agent in my area, and could send him over within 2 hours. The repairman showed up right on time, got straight to work, replaced the torsion spring and reset the cables. Then, he inspected the entire system, and recommended replacing the rollers (reasonable considering they were 15 years old), and showed us why -- that's the part I liked the most. Great technician, great service, great price!

I was very pleased with the same day service under emergency circumstances when the contractor (Jerry) told me that he he could do it the next day but understood my situation and made the valiant effort to make it happen the same day. The cost of replacing the entire door was well below of what I had anticipated and he told me if I found anyone cheaper he would meet or beat their prices. The communication and customer service I received from all parties was beyond my expectations and I would highly reccommend The Door Company to anyone wanting quality service and satisfaction. I was quoted one price over the phone then when the second portion of the job was done I was asked to pay another. If I had cash it would be said price if not I could write a blank check for a higher price . I felt this was unprofessional . this was deceptive and down right low-rate for me.

Wonderful service, very friendly personnel, cooperative office workers. When I had a problem with my door the issue was fixed quickly and a price assessment for the final details was given. The office did not know about this as I found out later and wanted to charge more. This could however be settled and when the workers arrived they did a wonderful job and it was not even necessary to exchange as many parts as the office had presumed. The service on-site was wonderful in both cases and I am thankful for that. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the workers were very friendly and did an outstanding job.

Garage door came out fine, but quote given was for "Turn Key (NO HIDDEN COST) pricing. Delivery, Professional Installation" based on the picture of the door I said we wanted on their website. Installer showed up with no appointment. Installer left wires hanging and said we had to get an electrician. Door was not stained or painted, installer said we had to get a painter. Hardware was handed to us in plastic bags and installer said we could put that on ourselves. Didn't seem to "turn key" to us!

They were on time and completed the work in less than an hour for the price quoted. They even noticed that my battery died on my outside door opener panel and they replaced it and tested it for free.

I hired this company to fix my door. After coming out I was told nothing was wrong he tightened a door spring and lubes the track as a inspection. Charged me $99 and left. After he left the garage quit working again, same day wihin hours. So I called again and was told he would have the guy call me. Two days later, Monday I called again and was told "he never called you?". No! So I was told then I would hear back from Jerry he would call me back that was at 12:54pm. At 5:05pm I placed another call and told that now the engager was needing replaced and they couldn't find a used part and had to order this. Sems to me to be a common piece to

My Experience with the Door Company was fantastic. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs a garage door repair or replace. The technician was courteous, punctual, clearly well experience and the price was great compared to the other local company that I looked into. Over all , the Door Company provided a superior service for a great price.

John was very personable and I could tell he was very experienced. Once he completed the checklist he identified and quickly solved the problem, and even went above and beyond by checking and repositioning other items in order to ensure that the problem should not be encountered again. I would definitely call again if I ever had any more problems.

The door technician was very knowledgeable and fnished my job quickly. The manager was friendly on the phone. Other companies quoted me a slightly smaller price but wouldn't complete the work for a week. The Door Company is a great company.
