Very prompt and thorough communications with the first call and follow up proposal. Although my project was not extremely time sensitive, NJF completed the job within a week of my excepting their proposal. Nick is a nice, professional, and easy man to talk with, he explains things, then goes about doing his job. Nick is the type of "professional tradesman" we all hope for, and in this case, I got.

Used NJF to upgrade our electrical box and hook up our newly installed Central Air system. The price we were quoted was the price we paid and was reasonable. The crew was professonal and curtious, and were mindful of our two cats. They completed the job in a timley manner. We would reccomend there services and our planning on using them agian on another upcoming home project.

Mr Nick Ferraro was coureteous, answered all my questions and explained everything in great detail: from what was needed, to how job was going to be done and why this was the best way to complete the job. He inspected my home's electrical panel ( changing all that needed to be changed) as well as fixing the electrical problem with the dryer ( install code specific wall sccket, plug and cord for back of machine, etc). He is the owner and he himself came to evaluated the job, provide estamite and then he came to fix it. He is man of intregrity, professinoalism and will not only recommend him, but can use me as reference .

NJF called within five minutes and was there the first thing in the morning. Nick took me through what he was doing and why. He was quick, courteous and neat. I will use him for any electrical work I have in the future.

Nick and his crew came when he said he would. Everything was explained clearly. They moved 2 switches for me and what looked like a tough job to me was nothing for them. They worked quickly and did a excellent job. Eveything was clean and neat when they left and in my opinion the price was more then fair. I would and will hire NJF Electrical again for any of my future electrical needs. I highly recommend NJF electrical.

NJF was very prompt in getting service over to us. They called backed within 10 minutes of calling service magic and had someone over in another 15 minutes. Then they were out here the next day to complete the job.

Nick was extremely professional. He was efficient, tidy, arrived on time and did an excellent job.. He was very easy to speak with since I do not know very much about electrical work. Nick is everything a professional should be about, courteous, prompt, honest, communicates back right away, and his pricing was by far the best. I will be recommending his services to my neighbors & clients! He installed two ceiling fans, chandelier & all of my outdoor fixtures. Whenever I had a concern, he made sure to answer all questions & pay prompt attention. I wish more service folks would be like this!
