I have tried to complete the installation of frameless shower glass in my bathroom for 6+ months. With other companies, it was either no-shows, no call backs or could not coordinate effectively. Essentially, horrible customer service. With NJNY it was a completely easy and seamless experience. I received a call quickly, and Willy came to measure within a few days. The glass was installed quickly and with not even a smudge of dirt left behind. Throughout the process, I received updates on when the glass was ordered and received and timely responses to coordinate installation. Overall, the entire process and resulting work was superb. I d highly recommend NJNY.

I am a home builder in Hoboken, NJ and have been using NJ/NY Glass for years. All of the work he does--shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings--are always of the highest quality. I remember him saying to me once that the job always has to be perfect because his sign is out front and that there was no way he would settle for a job not done perfectly. Willie is also a very nice guy and is easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Willie didn't oversell the product with bells and whistles and complete overkill. He was on point with timelines....simple stress-free process as any job should be.

The initial installation of my shower door by the original building developer was poor. Willie and team came in addressed the problem and improved the experience of taking a shower and getting in and out if the shower tenfold. These guys know what they are doing, and would highly recommend them.
