Absolute rip off. Woman was just plain nasty. She did a move out and it was really bad. However everything she did was half done--. I have pictures if wanted. Everything had to be redone. No way under the sun I would expect anyone to live under conditions she left. Neve touched appliance or cabinet frontsand they needed it. Did floors half way. She couldn't even put silverware in tray, it was scattered all over the kitchen. Nothing she did was done right. Also over 2 hundred dollars of things were missing. (I think she just threw them away so as not to have to clean them. I know for a fact that she wanted to throw away 2 waterless pots that cost me $129 & $149 but i stopped her from getting rid of those.) If all you need is a light dusting to clean your place she may be capable but after seeing her work i would still be hesitant. She looked at job, quoted a price, so she can't claim she was under paid. As a matter of fact she was paid about 4 times what her work was worth. If her own house looks anything like she left mine I feel sorry for anyone that lives there.

I did not walk away with the feeling that the service rendered was anything better or equal to what I would have done. My expectations were admittedly most likely too high.

Nicole promptly responded, asked for details about the job and gave me a quote. The prices that she quoted me were very fair!! When the day of the cleaning came, Nicole did an incredible job. She arrived on time, and even though the job took a little longer than expected (there was just a lot of ground to cover) she remained focused and dedicated from beginning to end. The quality of her work was top notch!! The house was sparkling clean and spelled great!! She even cleaned things I hadn't asked her to do, which was much appreciated!! I simply can't say enough good things about her!! In fact, she is now my regular house cleaner and I wish she could come every day!!!
