Paid a total of $5,500 to have ALL side and roof panels of my pool enclosure rescreened. Sides were done properly. Roof panels were done in a cost-cutting fashion. Instead of all panels being replaced first individual panels were only replaced where it was most visible. Then when the owner was called on it he had worker redo a few more visible panels on another side of the cage. The top still remains unfinished as he just laid the screed overall individual framework figuring no one can see it so it doesn't matter. When we get light breezes the unsecured screen raises and flaps. Can only imagine when the stronger wind and storm season hits! My contract with him was to remove and replace ALL screens ..he did remove all my existing individual screens as pool cage was done properly prior to the hurricane and only some panels were damaged but he convinced me to change all so screen panels would be all fresh and new and match in color. Should not have listened if I knew he was going to cut corners to make more profit and not rescreen as it was and as he stated in the contract. Also, when his men pressure washed for the extra $300 added to the price they did so on an improper setting and damaged and removed the paint on the bottom rail of pool cage which I will now incur a further cost to have corrected. Maybe people give him good reviews for smaller jobs so perhaps he should stick to doing those!

Sliding Door or Tracks - Repair
Contact and arrival was immediate. Work was finished quickly. Business owner and helper were pleasant, courteous and very helpful. We couldn't get anyone to contact us about our sliding glass doors that needed repair. Charge for services was very reasonable.
