Reviews
Write a ReviewI hired Lebron Pool Builders last year to build a swimming pool and I am very impressed with their work. I have a beautiful 20x40 and they also did the deck work around the pool. I have already recommended them to my friends.
From start to finish my experience with Lebron Pool Builders was nothing but excellent. They went above and beyond to address my concerns. Not only was their team highly professional and knowledgeable, but they also delivered results that far surpassed what I had hoped for. I highly recommend them to anyone that is thinking about getting a swimming pool and have already recommended them to my neighbors/friends.
This company does beautiful work. Very satisfied with the project. Highly recommended !
DonĂ¢ t go near these guys! They constantly wanted payments prior to due dates. They walked off the job when I refused to pay for 95% of the project when it was less than 75% complete. We had to completely rebuild the spa as seven out of the eight jets were leaking. Discovered as we opened the pool for the first time. We had to replace the coping on opening the pool as 80% were loose. They did work in cold weather and promised to heat the project to ensure cement ext would properly set. They rarely heated the project and never at night when it was coldest. Causing issues. They did not build the pool to the drawings resulting in more than $18,000 in additional costs. They set drains on sand instead of cement as per the drawing instructions. I had to pay a builder to reinstall these. Overall this project has nearly doubled in price as a result of their poor workmanship and dishonest business practices. I have subsequently found out that they have a terrible reputation and that I am not the only customer with such issues. I am posting this honest review in the hope that I can stop someone else making the same mistake I did.
Took forever to complete this project, then did not honor warranty for pump that failed. Would not use.
I am very happy with the outcome of my project: in-ground concrete pool (32x16) and patio with built-in outdoor kitchen. Mitch was very hands on, gave great ideas, was flexible with my ongoing requests and was responsible throughout the project. Project took a bit longer than expected primarily due to my village s regulatory requirements and recent global supply chain challenges. But overall Mitch and his team did a great job.
Mitch was the first pool builder to respond quickly when I reached out. He not only came the house within a couple of days but also had us visit another job he was doing locally, introduced us to those clients and walked us through the process. He runs a small crew (including his talented son), is on-site himself throughout and they leave a fairly clean worksite after each day. He got the permits and inspections done quickly and has worked well with our landscape architect. We are nearing completion of the project, the pool looks great and I have already recommended MJ LeBron pools to friends/neighbors.
Consistently does excellent work highly recommended
Nightmare . Never completed still needs controls auto cover lites etc etc & was paid in full. cause major damage to my property , flooded my house. I waited patiently for him to do the right thing . Now I have to call his insurance & talk him to court .
