On Jan 6th Nicolas, the owner, took my deposit, estimated he would be back with the glass in 5 days and then never followed up. I have tried to reach out to him multiple times in the last 19 days. He only answered his phone once, to say he had just recovered from a flu and that he would get back to me to arrange a time to install the window shortly. Since then, has failed to refund me, schedule a time, or answer his phone at all. This guy stole $185 from me and wasted my time for three weeks.

I highly recommend NLG Glass & Mirror!!! They did an AMAZING job for me installing new glass panels in my newly built shower. Nicholas came out to my home quickly. He was very professional and gave me a quote immediately. He was able to get my glass installed in ¼ of the time frame as his competitors. His prices were better and his crew did a great job!!! What a wonderful experience!!!

I'd give him stars if I could. Very professional. He came out on New Years Day, and on a Sunday and put in the window. Best contractor experience I've ever had. It was a special order window.

Nicholas came at the time expected. Called in the late afternoon and he was here at 8:00 AM on a Saturday. Replaced broken window pane. Work was done as expected, very polite. Would definitely hire again and would recommend to anyone. Pricing was very reasonable compared to others I contacted. Thanks Nicholas !

He was supposed to replace the glass in my basement door. The glass in the door was double pane. I gave him $250 and now he won't answer his phone. He has not completed the job and has kept my money.

I will not recommend him to anyone. It has been the worst experience I have had.

Nick carefully explained the options to fix the broken glasses for some and new window. In addition, he has tried to be most cost effective for me.

Nicolas was the first professional to respond to my inquiry. He understood exactly what was needed when I explained the installation issue to him over the telephone. He was at the house in less than four hours and completed the job to perfection. I found him to be courteous, professional, and reasonably priced, so I added him to my list of favorite professionals. I look forward to the next opportunity I have to hire him!

Nicolas was the first one to answer my call. Was able to come on a Sunday. Fixed my glass sliding door lock. Also going to replace a window in sunroom.

They were friendly, efficient and did quality work. Would really recommend using them!!
