Norm was very professional. He provided a written estimate. He followed through with the job in a timely manner and I plan to hire him in the future for more home repairs.

Norm Kile who came to see what I needed done on my house was very efficient and he is a very nice person to deal with and so was his helper. They replaced my front door and did a superb job doing so checking that all was working well and that I was a happy camper! They cleaned up after the job was finished. Norm Kile plans well and I will use his expertise in the future whenever I need something done. By the way his wife who answers the telephone is also very pleasant and I have no qualms recommending Norm Kile for any remodeling or other such constructions. He is a good man, efficient, polite, knowledgeable in constructions, reasonable in cost, clean, patient, and a pleasant person! His helper takes after him! I have no qualms recommending his services as I am certain that anything Norm does regarding construction, remodeling, fixing problems, he will do well... and if it is out of his league, I am sure that he would say that he can't do whatever is asked. A plus for me: he is a Vet though he does not brag about it!

How refreshing to find Kile Construction. Norm and Chuck are not only experienced and polished professionals, but they are also prompt, honest, polite, responsible, and reliable. They arrive on time, strap on the tool belts, review their projects for the day, and get to work. As they progress, they offer sound suggestions based on their years of experience. When asked, they also provide cautious judgment and advice regarding design questions. Their work is impeccable. They work with the homeowners to solve perplexities and resolve interesting hiccups along the way, as are expected with home remodels. For us, they stepped up to the plate when we were hosed by a different contractor who took the money and ran part way into the job. We are so pleased that our ugly experience with the creepy contractor led us to such a positive experience with Kile Construction. Can't recommend them highly enough.

He is a perfectionist. He is picky as well. Our house is amazing. You can't see a seam in the crown molding. He is excellent. Nobody any better.
