I imagine that this company is fine when everything goes completely right, and the pricing is reasonable. But when things do not go completely right--which I think is pretty often the case--Mr. Beltran is simply not a professional. He does not show up when he says he will nor does he return calls. One ends up calling from friends phones so he will answer and you can have a conversation. I am having to hire another company to fix his work. He is not familiar enough with all the aspects of the systems and equipment he installs to diagnose problems or fix them properly. I believe he is in over his head.

Terrible! Avoid! Using Angi, I hired Marco?s company, NM air to install a mini split in my house. This summer as I went to use the system it kept throwing the breaker. Marco would not respond, and my tenants were cooking in the June heat wave. I eventually called other companies to take a look and they discovered that the electrical work was not done to code, with multiple documented violations, and he wired the mini split into the same circuit as the central air. I ended up paying 1200 to an electrician to fix all the issues. I have been calling and emailing marco, have sent him the invoice and the list of violations with photos but he refuses to address the issue and will not take my calls. Super unprofessional, what a joke. Do not hire NM Air

Absolutely DO NOT use this company! The owner Marcos Beltran is horrible. Got a quote to install 2 evaporative acs. Work was to be done on Friday. Paid $1,500 down payment. Calls Friday morning says two of his guys are sick and have to be tested for covid. We agree to reschedule for Monday. Come Monday he is a no call no show. Try to call three times. Get voicemail. Text. No response. Email. No response. Final email call and text telling him job is canceled and to refund and or reverse down payment on my card. Finally sends me a text message apologizing and promises to refund my down payment. He never refunded my down payment and I had to file a dispute with my bank. Took over a month to get my refund from my bank. Do not know how this guy is still in business. Avoid like the plague!

Marco and his team did a conversion for us on a 2 story home that required 2 units. He started on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon the downstairs unit was blowing ice cold air. By Thursday both units were operational and he included very nice WiFi thermostats for us.. He even sent in a cleaning crew after to deal with small smudges (not damage, just dirt that was brought up while removing old units): We would recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services as you wonâ t find a better value or a more responsive/involved owner than Marco. 5 stars all the way around.

We hired NM Air Installation, Cooling and Heating, LLC to install 2 heaters, 2 Navian water heaters, and 2 AC units. Our water heaters are not heating correctly, we called for service 4 times, and received no response.

Great crew, went straight to work and got the job done in record time. Very knowledgeable, polite and tidy. Small issue remains - waiting for a filter for the furnace intake, promised next day and its now 5 days later, 2 reminder texts sent and no response.

Marco and Manny are awesome and very attentive to my needs. I will always hire them in the future for any AC or heating needs I have

Very Happy with Marco and Manny and the crew that performed the work. They performed everything in a professional manner. I selected NM Air because of the knowledge of Manny when estimating the project.

Marco did a fabulous job installing an air conditioning unit and furnace. His pricing was very fair. I canâ t say enough regarding his professional manner. I truly would recommend him not 100% but in fact 110%. I will gladly speak with anyone who has any questions. Thanks Mr. Beltran. NM Air is someone you should call and compare with other companies on price and professional installation.

Marco and his team were fast and efficient. They installed our new furnace and AC to replace a 35 year old furnace and a 15 yr swap cooler. There were a few hiccups but in the end they were accommodating and after having the issues remediated, we are pleased. We did end up having to upgrade our electrical panel, which was unexpected, but his Team was able to get that done as well. Our AC was a life saver this summer while on stay at home orders.

Very professional, amazing prices, punctual and great service. Estimate one day, job done within 24 hours! We highly recommend these guys!

They were late and did not call to let me know they were going to be late. I had to call them. Then they said he would be back but never came back. Very courteous but a little flaky.

He was very professional. He did the work on time, left the work area clean and did everything he promised and then some. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Appointments were kept and worked professionally. Debris was taken away and offer me with a clean yard. Very happy with their work and I will be calling on them again.

They were quick, polite, and professional. We talked on Monday, and our new swamp cooler was installed by Thursday. They also added on several extra things in their package like winterizing it in the fall and checking my furnace. Highly recommended.
