David was very professional and super nice, while inspecting my home, I would highly recommend heâ s services.

We set up an appointment with David and he was there on time. He did a thorough inspection of the new condo we were going to purchase and took his time going room to room checking out everything. He took about 3 1/2 hours and then he said he would email me a list of everything he found and that was sent to me that evening. His help and the things that he found that needed to be fixed or replaced, helped us negotiate a better price for the condo.

David was extremely professional and thorough throughout the entire process. I have used him several times for Home Inspections for myself, friends and family. He is always early for inspections and finishes at the time he quotes you. He is friendly, honest and dependable. I would recommend him as the best inspector around town.

David was awesome!! He did a fantastic job. Iâ m not familiar with a lot of home construction terms and he was great in explaining everything. I also really loved the electronic report. Was so easy to copy and paste the pictures and descriptions he sent to include on thumbtack jobs for the roof. Highly recommended
