Nino knows his stuff. We talked first about my PC issue at first then he took control over my pc. I see the IT staff where I work do the same but his calming demeanor and talking through the steps he was undertaking made me realize I had chosen the right individual. No need to go to an actual storefront place of business like years before for repairs. Highly recommended
