They stole some of our supplies and tried to get more supplies from our RIO Grande account without our permission for an unrelated job. They were late to start $15K over budget, had employees asking for pay at the worksite from the owner, and were basically rude and incommunicable when necessary, not to mention, their accounting was horrendous. They has subbed out the work so the work quality was quite good since they did not do it themselves. Would never hire them to do any work at all. Would rather do it myself if i had to. Terrible experience.

I highly recommend against hiring N.N.C Construction for any type of project. I should have known when it took one of the N.N.C. partners, Mark, eight hours to show up for the initial estimate for patio work. After that, it was a series of excuses as to why they did not show up at our house on an agreed date to perform the patio work. It took Mark three weeks alone to finally arrive and complete demolishing and removing our old concrete strip. There were another five instances where we had agreed on a date for preparation and construction of the patio to begin, and N.N.C. would just not show up. Their excuses varied from

I hired NNC to do the work several weeks ago. After quickly coming out to the house and clearing the gravel from my driveway and taking out the concrete from the patio they didn't return for weeks, giving numerous excuses as to why they couldn't be here today but they'll be here tomorrow! They never came, needless to say our driveway turned into a muddy mess and the work never was completed. I fired them.

I think that the communication between Dex, the workers, and I broke down. The workers did not know where or how the patio was going, and they apparently did not know what it was for. The patio was suppossed to be for a hot tub, but they did not make the patio level, it has a huge slope in it. The side is supposed to be a walk-way, well it has a huge slant, also, a child can't even ride a bike on it, the bike tips over. I had the impression that they would level it out and stamp the dirt down and then lay the concrete. The patio looks beautiful, the workers did a great job, but it is not what I told Dez that I wanted.
