This company is not an abatement company that does clean up, removal, demolition, and or restoration. Mold -Residential and commercial testing. -Direct testing of mold off of surfaces, and or air testing. All test samples are sent to a certified lab. Post testing after clean up and or remediation is also available. -Testing with moisture meters to diagnose where the moisture is coming from that is causing the mold. -A mold protocol if needed that will explain how the mold issue is to be addressed, and approximately how much it should cost. This paperwork is given to your professional cleanup and or restoration company. -All paperwork is recognized by insurance companies, clean up companies, abatement companies and restoration companies. Asbestos -Direct testing for your pre-renovation, and or pre-demolition needs which include the following but not limited to tile, sheetrock, plaster, pipe insulation, surfacing treatments, thermal system insulation, roofing, siding, vermiculite, ceiling tile, dust and debris. -All testing samples are sent to a certified lab. -All paperwork is recognized by insurance companies, abatement companies, and restoration companies. -This company does not do post air testing for asbestos.
