The quote for service was on par with the market searches. Jerry answered all my questions and did a great job. My home is so much more comfortable than before.

Project: Repair a Brick or Stone Fireplace (Non-Gas)
Ask a lot of upfront questions. During initial estimate visit to my home he questioned me about why I wanted certain things and argued my points. I replied, *I am the customer*. It did not stop him. Did not tell me he had needed to use my water and electricity. Not a big deal, but it was an inconvenience since I was not prepared for that. Said they took credit cards but did not mention that did not include Amex, which I normally use. Also tried to charge me an extra 4% to process the card payment. I was not told about this either. am not sure the chimney cap is secure, given they used wire tied to a screw to hold it down. Time will tell. I took a chance on this company but would not use them again. Too many inconsistencies.

Be absolutely certain financials are confirmed in writing. Told upfront that they accepted home project line of credit card, then after work finished told they do not. This meant using cash that was otherwise planned for living expenses or paying 23% on the regular credit cards.

The service guy came the same day that we called, he offered us options for the repair we needed, and then completed the job the same day for a reasonable price. We were very pleased, and what else could we ask for?

Excellent service, technician was knowledgeable and friendly, very prompt response and service, encountered an unexpected issue when having chimney cap replaced and they quickly provided solutions that didn t break the bank.
