Prompt and courteous Seemed like he knew what he was doing

Trey was efficient and caught a mouse that another company had not. He did this quite quickly and he also pulled back the stove and sealed up all entries into the house.

This was the 1st treatment for ants. Trey was prompt and professional. It is too early to evaluate the results but I would recommend him.

The gentleman who did the work had to climb into a difficult space in a shed near our house to get at the bee s nest. He was very willing and skilled to get the work done. Also willing to come back at no charge if the problem wasn t solved. It was!! Thank you very much!!

These guys are good start if you need help with rodents and ants. I d use them again if they come back after treatment.

I contacted Trey on March 19, 2020, and asked if NORPAC did termite inspections for residential, he said *yes*. I made an appointment for the following Monday at 1030 am. Trey contacted me on Sunday and said he could not remember the time scheduled for Monday and could we change the time to noon, I agreed. Monday at noon Trey showed up on time was friendly and courteous. He seemed to know what he was doing but did not bring any tools, clipboard, or even a flashlight. But I needed the inspection, so I went ahead and let him work. After less than 6 minutes Trey was done and said he would have the inspection report later that evening. Later in the evening came and went no email no contact. Next day, no email no contact; I texted Trey and asked if the inspection report would be done today, he replied yes, but later in the evening. At 6 pm I again texted Trey about the inspection, he said he was still on the road and would have the report later tonight. At 9 pm I received a text message from Trey saying his printer was not working and that he would have his wife email the report in the morning. The next day at 1 pm I received an email from Trey with the report. It was handwritten and barely legible and only one page. After receiving this poorly done report I went to the State of Washington Department of Agricultural website to see an example of a report. They clearly were not the same, several pages were missing and critical information was also missing. I contacted WSDA and explained what took place and was told that NORPAC does not have a license for inspections, only pest control application/spraying. I tried to call Trey about this, but he did not answer. He did respond by text that he had heard my voicemail and explained that his company does have a license, but he would refund my money. He did refund my money, but very shady business ethics, and customer service. Use it at your own risk.

Still have ants in the house just not as many. They need to come back and redo it.

Showed up, put out bate boxes, collected much money and never returned.

Quick & painless. We had drain flies in garbage disposal. Tried home remedies. The b******s wouldn t die. Home Advisor recommended NORPAC Pest Services. Trey was in our kitchen for about 10 minutes & solved the pest problem. His work is guaranteed. The price wasn t too bad & lower than other estimates. Now we can cook in our kitchen again instead of ordering in, as we d been doing for the past 2 weeks!

I would recommend this company to anyone who needed this sort of service. They were totally professional and very efficient at removing two yellow jacket nests from our property. When they had to come out to do a second spraying on one, they did so cheerfully and without delay.

I did not have confidence in his work. He seemed to be overwhelmed and did not tackle the problem. I ended up hiring someone else, and they handled the problem, spot on.
