We have lived in the Chastain Park area for 37 years, on a heavily treed lot. The house is canopied. Notwithstanding that we want to keep all the trees, over that period of time, we have had to remove 6 or 7 trees (maybe one or two more). One time, one tree fell and knocked down a second tree. For as long as I can remember, we have always used Northside Tree. They are prompt, professional, and every time someone has asked how much it cost, the reaction is "that was a really good price."

Quick to come out for an estimate and quick to get the job done. We had two fallen trees hauled away and one dead one cut down. The pile was completely cleaned up. I would hire again!

Northside Tree Professionals were prompt in the pricing phase and let me know where it would probably stack up against equal competition. I scheduled the work and they contacted me with a date and time promptly, and completed the tree removal without issue. My yard and surrounding area did not have any damage from the removal process.

Excellent company! Everyone from start to finish was kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The fees were reasonable and the work was meticulous! I had extensive pruning of enormous trees surrounding my 3 story house. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company in the future!

This was complicated tree service involving 3 large water oaks, landscaping with masonry and very little space for the takedowns. The team of 5 Doug Solorzano sent to do the job was expert and hard-working. The tree climbers and rope handlers on the ground planned and then brought major limbs down with precision. At the end of the day, cleanup was complete and all of the debris had been chipped or removed. So my thanks go to Northside Tree Professionals: Doug S for putting the project together, the crew that did the work, Jamie Stuckert who coordinated the permit/ certificate of insurance and Tamika in scheduling who saved the day by sending a truck with the helpful driver(whose name I do not know) that hauled off all the huge trunks.

God customer service, quick response and professional work at a competitive price

First time 4 star, second 3 stars. We felt like they were in a hurry to get in and out and was very disappointed that they dented a gutter that was only replaced new with our new roof less than 2 weeks prior.

They gave a thorough inspection / estimate. Were on time, did a good job, and cleaned up.

This was the 4th tree removal in 5 years, and each time customers service and workmanship in the removal was excellent. The crews work like a skilled machine. That’s what I appreciate about this company.

Great company - I had a big pine (turns out it was dead) brought down by wind and it fell on the roof. The Northside Tree people came out and it was amazing how quickly and cleanly they took care of my problem. I did get estimates and they were similar to others. I had used Northside before so I went with them. Great job and cleaned up everything before leaving. Very courteous workers. I highly recommend.

Fast and efficient. So organized! I had a big pine tree fall on my roof and lean on the house. They did such a nice job and it was such a pleasure to watch how they handled this big tree - even took photos of a small hole in my roof I could send to my roofer. Also cleaned up in all directions. Reasonable price too. Can’t say better!
