Northwest Thermal was wonderful to work with! It can be quite difficult when you?re having HVAC issues through the winter months and you don?t know which way to turn. We reached out to several companies but Northwest Thermal was quick to respond and got us scheduled right away. We worked with Vlad and Mark throughout the process, they were both very knowledgeable in explaining how the system works, and what was causing the problems previously. They kept our home clean with minimal disturbance and got it done quickly! I am now at ease knowing our HVAC has been installed with quality and care, and operating flawlessly. If you need any HVAC service done, don?t hesitate to reach out! But only if you want it done right, by a great team.
