They diagnosed the problem right away. They even came out on a Saturday and started work on Sunday. I had 2 other vendors call me and one got the problem wrong and the second took several days to even call me. Nova was wonderful, professional and were so knowledgeable. I recommend using them for water damage or mold removal and then rebuilding.

They were willing to come to our house on a Saturday and start work on Sunday. All other companies it took several days to even get an estimate.
