We could not be happier with the job Nova Restorations did! Mark came to inspect our leaking roof and thoroughly described the underlying cause of our problems; poor ventilation. This caused all the sheathing needing to be replaced (as I knew it would need to be). I had four contractors quote and Nova was the ONLY contractor who had a plan to address the ventilation issue from adding extra soffit vents to baffles to ridge vent. Mark listened to our concerns, was extremely patient with our questions and welcomed us being part of the process. The installation team was a well-oiled machine, it was really amazing to watch. The job they did is top-notch. I can't convey how satisfied we are with the entire process, start to finish. We've already asked Mark to quote on a couple of other projects we have looming. I HIGHLY recommend Nova Restorations!!

Nova Restorations replaced a section of flat rubber roofing and an old skylight at my house in Brookline in March of 2021. The job was involved: the skylight had to be custom made and a crane was necessary to get the materials up. I hired them because they were the only company that took the time to really map out what the job entailed. First Mark Roberts, the project manager, came out. Then Ken Portanova, the owner, came, and the three of us went up through the attic and talked about the job in detail. These people care about communication and customer service. The job went off without a hitch. The workers were efficient and tidy, and we are really pleased with the result. I will use this company again. Bob M.

I was a single woman in my 1930's brick dream house that needed a new roof. I new nothing about roofs, pricing. I highly recommend NOVA Restorations for the following reasons. PRICING-I received different quotes with a wide range of pricing. Ken explained why-quality of materials, lifetime guarantee and experienced professional install. WORKMANSHIP-my concern was having my bushes and flowers trampled or finding pieces of the old roof in my yard. My yard was spotless when the job was done. The job was done in one day- the dumpster gone the next. EXPERIENCE -NOVA Restorations-Ken's family has been in the roofing business for generations and are family owned- I prefer to give my business/$$ to local family businesses. He explained the steps so there where no surprises i.e. installing a roof could cause debris to fall in attic- I was able to cover up inside prior to them doing the roof. I have recommended them to neighbors who all had a great experience. I am a detailed(picky) customer and highly recommend NOVA.
