They changed my shower faucet over to the newer type that adjust the water temperature with one lever. They came the same day and did the job in two hours and where gone. I think the labor charges where based on two people working. It still was about half the price that the other plumbers charge. I used the shower head that comes with it. No adjustments on it and hated it. I called and they brought my old one back as they had taken it. I cut back on the valve on the cold water as it was to much pressure and got use to the new system. I am now a happy camper. I would recommend these guys and would hire them again.

I had a ceiling leak from my 2nd floor bath/shower. They caulked the tub area with a thin line of caulk which did not stop the leak. I recaulked the tub and installed a new overflow cover which did resolve the issue.

I had a emergency major repair and they came that afternoon, got me heat and livable. He came back the next day and finished the job up, just as they promised. Very happy with the service and quality.

I had to have a boiler block replaced that was on warranty. They had the lowest bid for labor and the job was top notch. Work was done in a half day and everything is back in working order. I would definitely use them for other plumbing/heating jobs in the future.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Came out to fix furnace. It ended up needing a cleaning. Returned call quickly, answered my questions. Worked quickly. Charged a fair rate. Only complaint was that there was soot or grease on the floor but other than that, left the area clean.

He was on time and did an exellent job. The Concrete Contractor who has been in buisness 30 years said it was the best job he had ever seen. I hired NP Brulotte to the Plumbing and Heating for the rest of my Home. I would Highly recommend them for and type of Plumbing and Heating.

They told me up front that there would be a three day delay, as they needed to finish a current job. They kept their word, arrived on time and did a very professional job. The instalation was neat and they cleaned up all of their mess. Would have them back.

They came and fixed the toilets; but during the repair, one handle was broken, so I had to wait a couple of days for them to return with the new handle. Everything seems to be working fine. I'm still waiting for an estimate on a small heating addition for my master bath.

Exceeded all my expectations. Competitive quote, completed all work on time and on agreed schedule, explained entire installation process, cleaned up after completion, professional interactions. I would highly recommend for both complex and smaller jobs - Norman and team really know their stuff and went the extra mile even before being awarded the job. Example: Fixed a small problem with my existing furnance while I was still in the bidding process because he had his necessary supplies in his plumbing truck. You won't be disappointed with this company!!
