NextProGen Soledad, CA. Just completed my new deck. I am very excited about the project results. The team members that built my deck were always on time, they were courteous and accommodating, in addition to being master craftsmen. The project was completed in a timely manner, exactly as planned, on budget and they left the property clean. I highly recommend this Contractor and his company.

Super friendly and professional workers, the owner Christian is extremely nice and very honest, We hired them to re do our fence, they came on a Friday to prep the fence and drop of materials, came back Saturday morning and completed the job, they kept the area they were working around clean. the owner even did a little extra and fixed our gate wich was extremely kind of him! We are now hiring them back for our roof and all our home needs in the future.

Cristian and the NEXTPROGEN Builders team built our dream deck with a full Monterey Bay view. The deck is approximately 18' x 32' and nearly 16 feet high, so this was not a small or simple project. The finished deck is beautiful, substantial, and incredibly solid. I have joked that if there were ever an earthquake, the deck is where I would want to be. After completing the deck, we trusted NEXTPROGEN Builders with several additional projects at our Monterey home, including a retaining wall, rebuilding the side stairs and porch area, and a complete low-slope roof replacement. The roofing project was much more than simply installing a new roof. Cristian and his team removed the old roofing system and added two staggered layers of rigid insulation, totaling approximately four inches, along with a protective roof cover board before installing the new white modified-bitumen roofing system. The additional roof insulation was important to us because it helps improve the comfort and energy efficiency of the home. They also installed new gutters and downspouts to help properly control and direct rainwater away from the house. The project included replacing damaged fascia where needed, installing new roof flashings, completing the chimney flashing and saddle, and replacing the roofing on the detached carport. Cristian paid attention to the important details instead of simply covering over existing problems. Cristian is very accommodating, creative, and full of modern ideas. He was regularly onsite and always available whenever we had a question, concern, or new idea during construction. His professionalism, energy, and positive “can-do” attitude are reflected in his entire team and the quality of their work. We also appreciated how clean and organized the property was kept throughout each project. At the end of the work, everything was cleaned up and left in excellent condition. We look forward to continuing our long-term home improvement relationship with Cristian and NEXTPROGEN Builders. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable contractor for deck construction, flat roof replacement, gutters, retaining walls, stairs, porches, or other exterior remodeling projects in Monterey. Nextprogen replaced our old deck with a beautiful new deck. They were always on time, worked steadily and cleaned up after each day. They did such lovely job on the deck, we had them replace our roof, build a retaining wall under the deck, and build a second deck downstairs. The crew was courteous, accommodating and they built beautiful and sturdy decks. They worked steadily and were very professional. We have used them for all three projects based on how well they replaced our first deck. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.
