I hired Juan to do a firepit in my back yard. It was muddy and a bit on a slope. They came in evened things out put down the patio and fire pit and came back with dirt to fix the ares that were damaged by the tires from wheel barrels, ect. Very happy with the end product, Wish I had made it a little bigger. Would hire again!

I found Juan on home advisor and assumed due to the state of his standing with home advisor been screened approved he would be somewhat trust worthy to complete my job. Big, expensive mistake. I bought a 30k patio from Juan that was suppose to be built in 2 weeks at the end of last spring. Juan started the project 6 weeks late (explaining that he was so late because his previous customer kept just throwing money at him to do more and more work) and managed spread it over 3 months to get mostly completed at the start of fall. Juan informed me there was 2 days of work left and begged me for the remaining money because he was unable to pay his crew to finish the work. Like a fool I gave him the remaining money and he never came back to finish. It has been over a year now since he started installing my patio and he is no where in sight. Juan has ghosted me, not responding to communication. My yard that he was suppose to re-seed is a dirt field. I have no grill in my kitchen / bar, no fire brick in my fire pit making it unusable and the surface is not sealed so its prone to staining. Its a shame because the work they did do was pretty decent, but I am left in the lurch with an unfinished product that I will need to pay even more for someone else to finish. Would never recommend it.

If I could have I would have given then 10 stars. Juan and the team did a fantastic job! They are perfectionists and paid attention to every detail. They exceed my expectations and followed through on all promised commitments. I would hire them again in a minute.
