He took over 70% of the money for the project, did some demo work, and then never came back to finish the work. It has been over a year and he now is ignoring text messages and phone calls. He essentially stole our money. Do your research before hiring him there are others that have had this same issue with him.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Stay away from this contractor because he took my money $30500.00 and have not done anything in six months, even though I give him over 50% on the value of the project.
