I called NRM to check and repair the dishwasher. The plumber said the inspection would cost $90. But he actually charged me $110. He explained he raised the cost because I went through home advisor. In the future, if I call him to come over it would cost $80. But I probably will not hire him again. By the way, he said repairing the dishwasher cost another 300 dollars. This is because we have to replace a unit of a sump pump. I would rather buy a new dishwasher then. Thank you and goodbye.

"I explained to you thoroughly that the reason the cost was 110.00 instead of 90.00 was due to the fact that the distance to the repair was further than I thought it was and NOT due to HomeAdvisor. I told you it would normally be 80.00 to come out if we did not go through HomeAdvisor because they charge for leads. This had nothing to do with the price change. Again I explained this to you via phone call sir. The cost of the repair for the dishwasher was quoted to you at 75.00 which cheap for that type of repair. I never once told you I was going to charge you 300.00 for a repair on the machine 300 was for parts only."

Bryan nearly completed the repair to my washer (front boot seal) when he ran into a snag. He didn't have the right tool to attach the outer ring. He went home, did some research and ordered the tool. A few days later, he returned to finish the job. I'm pleased with Bryan's tenacity, and I'm impressed with his customer service. His communication was good every step of the way, and the appointments were easy to book. I highly recommend him!

Vendor was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue with my washer. He provided feedback and guidance--i.e. that the I should just get a new washer at this point given the age of the washer, cost of repair, and likelihood of future repairs--that were arguable adverse to his pecuniary interest. Which I appreciated.
