We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan, who was a true professional from start to finish. When he came to give us an estimate on the work that we needed done, we were instantly comfortable with him and confident in his ability to perform the work requested. We ended up hiring him to upgrade our electric service, run additional wires and outlets and and install a dimmer switch for our dining room light. We needed wires run across the house from the breaker panel where there is no attic, to the opposite side of the house where we do have attic space. Ryan helped us coordinate this part of the job to coincide with our roof renovation to avoid having to open the interior walls and ceilings, which saved us the huge headache of additional unwanted sheetrock repairs. He also helped us assess our electric needs to determine how to best utilize our upgraded panel and split the load accordingly. He completed all work promptly, and the quality of his work was top notch! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose NRS and look forward to having Ryan back for additional work in the future! Thanks for everything!!!

UPDATE: THEY RESCHEDULED( 1/26/19) - SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED EXCELLENT WORK AT NO CHARGE. CONCERNED & CONSCIENTIOUS , GOOD HONEST VALUE!!! They missed the rescheduled date.Then a week later they apologize and ask for a new date.Extremely poor customer service.

I was initially reluctant to go with an electrician online and concerned I would be raked on prices and quality could be suspect. Have to Have to say, not only was the price fair, but they were willing to work within my budget. They were professionals, timely and also gave me some insights into my whole set up. Ryan was the guy on call and he was great to work with, very efficient and very professional. I would and plan on hiring these guys again!

Ryan and team did a great job on a spare bedroom we wanted to update. We started with the electrical and ended up working with Ryan to do some additional updates to the room. The team was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They even were patient with my 3 dogs! I would recommend giving them a call.

He completed a couple jobs for us. The last job did not complete even when paid in full. I would not recommend him.

These guys were so lrofessional and on time. They cleaned up after themselves throughout the project and took extreme care with my home and decor. Not only will I hire them again, but have already made plans for the next project for them to do. Would recommend them hands down!

bill ended up significantly higher than quote. job took about 4 hours longer than estimate.

They contacted me right away and they were able to come the same day to hook up my brand new dryer.

The work was done professionally and each step was explained to me. The work of Ryan, the electrician, was thorough and precise. After completing the job, he made sure that all debris was cleared away and he took the old appliance, brackets and wiring away. Outstanding job!

I used this company to install a dishwasher, the young man that came was very nice, but he didn't finish the job. He asked my husband to go and buy a part and install it on the drain, because they needed to leave. I was told the job would cost $95 per/hour he charged me $125 for 45 minutes. After the missing part was installed by my husband. No, water was entering the dishwasher. We called/text the company and no response from the company until later that evening, which we were told to turn on a lever under the sink. After we did that the washer started working. We had left and when we returned our entire kitchen was flooded, not from the part my husband installed, it was underneath the dishwasher. I texted the install and the owner, they both said he was coming back. This went on for two days, the owner said " we are not plumbers " but we will come back and never did. After hours of mopping up the flood, I called another installer to complete the job. Don't use this company the owner is nasty and customer service is bad. Call Lowe's, local Applicance stores or Best Buy they have qualified installers. They will get the job done for less money, less aggravation, they have parts on the truck that you are not finishing there work..
