NS Home Inspection

Was hard to understand at times, but was knowledgeable and prompt

Ok

prompt and courteous.

I requested a Radon test in late September. Tech came by and dropped off the test kit a few days later. His initial price was unreasonably high, but after some negotiation, we came to an agreeable number. After a few days, I mailed the test kit to NS Home Inspection for processing. Sadly, I have not heard from them or received the test results. I have texted and called them repeatedly, no response.

Nischal did a great job, he came the very next day after I called. He was very professional.

Nischal did a great job. Very professional. Came the next day after I called.

Came out same day & got the job done

Very professional

Promptness and professionalism was exceptional.

Communication was good, we got prompt emails. Detailed work completed to our satisfatction. They dont do the roof, so hire a separate roof inspector. Keep community safe, wear masks

I needed a roof inspection as part of the selling/buying process. Appointment was made same day. Roof cert was provided that evening.

I needed a roofing certification for homeowners insurance renewal and was contacted immediately by NS Home Inspection once I requested a quote. Nikal was professional and flexible and met me at my property the same day. He provided the certification letter before the end of the day. Seamless process and great customer service.

Good and thorough.

Absolutely terrific service! Highly recommended! Very responsive, professional and timely. Would use again and again.

Professional and helpful.

It was a good experience

Great Business. Didn’t take long to do the work. Very knowledgeable! I will be using them again for more properties!

NS was not only on time buy early! Professional and courteous.

Nick is a nice guy, but I do not believe that he has the skills or knowledge to perform a good home inspection. He was not thorough or confident in his work during the inspection, and my contractor had to point out basic things to him which he had missed during his initial look. The report he generated could have been produced by a child with a smart phone. No substantive information on any of the noted defects, while several important issues which we discussed during the inspection were left out. The inspection summary was a joke - 1 paragraph of poorly spelled and punctuated generalizations. The saving grace was that Nick was able to do the inspection for me on short notice, and his communication prior to and afterwards was good. However, this does not make up for the quality of the report. I paid full price ($700) for this service, and it was mostly wasted. I recommend that Nick should go back into industry and/or school to pick up more knowledge and skills before offering home inspection services to people. Or, drop your rates to reflect the quality of your work.

Nick is knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He cares about his clients. I highly recommend him.
