Great experience with NSP. Donovan and Roman were professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward in diagnosing and resolving a significant blockage in our basement line. They explained what they were seeing, gave objective recommendations on the best path forward, and did quality work throughout. I also really appreciate that NSP is locally owned. Nate was extremely responsive, including after hours, and personally followed up to make sure everything was taken care of and I was satisfied with the work. Great experience all around and I’ll absolutely use NSP again.

Wow! Cannot recommend this company enough. We had leaking at 8:30 at night and I posted on a community page Nathan reached out and booked us right away in the morning. Paul came out and what turned into what we thought was easy was a clog in the pipe from the previous owner. Paul was amazing, kept me informed the entire time, provided videos and pictures and recommendations for the future. I cannot thank them enough for all the help. Will definitely be using them for any future plumbing!

We had Tim come and service / check on irrigation backflow system that the city is requiring getting done. He was fast, courteous throughout and just a solid guy to chat with and explain the process. It was quick and easy and the cheapest rate from at least 4 others that our neighborhood priced. Will definitely go to them for all of our plumbing needs. -Andrew in Byron Center

Here for several hours. He did it with water jets instead of logger type. They can clear out the drain pipe without damaging the clay pipes. The company even used a camera to check the lines after the job was done.

Called NSP out after going through 4 other companies who all either didnâ t want to take the work, or was not able to complete the work. Nate got here within 1 hour of me contacting him, and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. Cleaned up after himself, put everything back to the way it was, everything was very smooth and easy once I got in contact with Nate! Highly recommended
