NSS did a fantastic job. They removed a stump, took the debris, put in clean fill and seeded the area. They were easy to schedule and did the job a day early to avoid the bad weather that was forecasted. I would hire them again.

Got rained out half way through the project, so the project is ongoing (still waiting for the low lying ground to dry out). What impressed me was that Rick did not request any money for work accomplished (even thought I offered to pay half), but rather took the position of "we'll settle up when the job is done". Definitely will use him for future work.

The work was done and it was completed on time. .they can't find Xtreem Construction in Hastings, MN. The sprinkler installer gave me a 2 year warranty and 1 year of winterizing. If I can't contact Xtreem construction, I will have to pay someone to winterzing the system. At this point I would not recommend Xtreem.

I hired Rick initially for final grade on my yard. Through our conversation Rick was able to give me the best quote on sod. Rick was extremely helpful and kept in contact without being bothersome. They were incredibly timely and wonderfully friendly. They took down a tree due to storm damage and offered to cut up the wood for use in my fireplace. When I came home it was neatly stacked. I would recommend them highly!

Changing conditions meant they had to be flexible on the day. They made last minute changes without dropping the ball. Excellent job.

The job turned out to be more difficult than either of us thought it would be. The 1000 gallon tank turned out to be full of water, which nobody expected. Rick ended up spending about $100.00 renting a chop saw and a pump in order to get the water out. He did well improvising solutions to unexpected problems.

Rick was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were happy with our finished product- the lawn looks great and the neighbors are happy, too! We would hire him & his team again in a minute! His pricing is fair and competitive and his work is top notch. Thank you for a job well done.
