Called NSW for a bunch of small jobs I had been avoiding for a while. They quickly responded and scheduled a call for the next morning. They showed up right on time, quickly assessed the work and got down to business. Quick, professional and efficient. Changed one light fixture, installed a Nest doorbell and fixed four halogen potlights in 90 minutes. Would definitely hire again.

I called first thing in the morning about an issue with my thermostat. I received a response to my inquiry within 30 minutes and the technician was out my house later that same day! The service call even ran a little over an hour and they didn't charge me any additional monies. Professional, friendly and efficient!

Neal and his crew were exceptional! We were without power due to the recent freak April ice storm. So many others reported being too busy to help us. Not only did he have a crew on-site to fix what needed doing to the house before hydro would come, they helped us navigate communicating with hydro so that all got done in the most efficient way possible and we were back in our house that same day. We were super impressed with these guys and recommend them unequivocally. Their customer service is second to none!

I found NSW through HomeAdvisor and Neil responded right away. He came and discussed the job with me in a very thorough and professional manner. He sent me a quote and in a few days they were at my house ready to complete the job. It was a two day job and Neil, Nick and Andrew were professional , polite and vey hard working. They made sure after every part of the job was completed that I knew exactly what was done and that I was happy with the results. Andrew and Nick returned the second day to complete the job and again I was very happy with the quality of work. NSW goes above and beyond for their customers and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. I had three different companies come in and quote the job and NSW was by far the most professional, qualified and gave the best customer service. NSW Electric is the only company I will use from now on for any electrical work that I need done. Thank you to Neil, Andrew and Nick for an amazing job!!!!!

I found NSW through HomeAdvisor. Neil was quick to contact me and give me a great quote. We set up an appointment and Andrew and Nick arrived when they said they would. They were very courteous and completed the quickly and professionally - even sweeping up when they finished! We are thrilled with the results. NWS was very patient and professional in responding to questions and helping us through the process from quote to completion. The technicians did a great job, were very friendly, easy to deal with and also very easy going about the fact that we have pets, including one rather large dog. A great experience.
