Hired Nick to replace roof in Oct 2010. Very professional, excellent attitude, employees do a clean job. Nick is a general contractor. There happened to be a broken window that needed replacing and other such small jobs. The pricing that Nick gave was very reasonable. Nick paid attention to all details and I will definitely consider re-hiring for other jobs.

Nick Ujcick was the last of about 6 contractors that came by to look for the job. It was a small roof leak that all said was not clear where it came from but ... none of the proposals sounded suitable to me, all invollved "and if it tuns out that is not the isuue, we will tell you what else and how much more needs to be done". Nick proposed what he thought should be done, and stated he would stand by the price he asked for, even if, while doing the job, he might encounter "surprises". The work was done by his team right next day, fast and curteous, clened-up well, too. I am very, very grateful for being put in touch with him.

Very prompt with their quote and work. When they got on the roof they found more problems than anticipated, but they were very up front about what needed to be done and what it would cost us.
