It was a great experience and fast! I submitted request on Sunday, July 5th and rec'd a call same day to schedule an appointment. Tech, Kerry, came out next day on Monday 7/6, gave me a great quote and fixed my wicker loveseat at my home on same day. Kerry was extremely Customer Service oriented, represents the company very well and cleaned up after repairs. Great job Kerry! I would definitely recommend Nu-Look. Maria J
