Nestor and his company did an outstanding job on my deck!! The Trex floor and railings were about the only elements of the deck that were still in good shape. Nestor practically rebuilt my deck from the ground up. He was meticulous, professional, and reasonable in price. The deck looks even better than the original and I could not be happier! Outstanding Structural Work – Nestor and NV OUTDOORS, LLC are Top-Notch! I hired Nestor from NV OUTDOORS, LLC for several repairs, and he did a phenomenal job from the estimate to completion. He tackled a precise project replacing a vital, rotted structural deck post underneath my staircase that supported both the stairs and the deck. His attention to detail was amazing: he secured the deck to my townhouse with lag bolts to bring it up to code, repaired a loose railing, and took the time to nail down all the top boards. He also included repairing a broken community fence in the estimate and handled that repair with the same meticulous care. The entire deck and fence are now perfectly aligned, rock-solid, and 100% safe. Nestor arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the day, and left the workspace spotless. On top of the fantastic quality of the work, I thought his pricing was very fair. It is rare to find a contractor this reliable, efficient, and genuinely skilled.

This is the 3rd job I have hired NV Outdoors to do. I will always call them first for any outdoor work at my house. The price is fair but more importantly is the trustworthy and professional manner with which they do everything. They arrive when they say they will. NV Outdoors LLC was one of several companies that I considered to clean, seal, stain and replace 7 damaged wood deck floor boards. An aged 4x4 wood mailbox post and a wind damaged 4x4 wood fence post were included with the work. The owner, Nestor, completed the requested work in an extraordinarily professional manner. He rounded the edges of the replaced deck boards to match the existing boards. That was impressive. Replacing and reconnecting a fence post on an existing fence can be a challenge. The new post had to be exactly vertical and spaced to accommodate a solid reconnect. Another job well done by Nestor. The cleaning, sealing and staining was done with care; and looks great. Nestor is a polite, friendly, true professional, with a caring attitude.. Would I hire NV Outdoors again? Yes!

Nestor as very professional and efficient. He presented some options that would save money while giving me the outcome I wanted. The work took a little longer to do than expected because of rain and supplier issues. He made sure the work area was secure and safe each each to protect my dogs which was an unspoken concern for me. We had a problem with our deck stairs and the support (stringers) needed to be replaced. Nestor Villanueva, the owner was honest and addressed the issue with professionalism. He quoted us a very reasonable repair cost. His work is excellent and he gave us a one-year warranty. I asked him for extra business cards so I could share them with my siblings for minor and major projects outside and inside their homes.

We have a rental house that had a back deck that badly needed repairs. NV Outdoors exceeded our expectations regarding the deck repairs. They were easy to work with both from an owner and a renter perspective. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job! From start to finish, NV Outdoors was fantastic! We needed our front porch steps replaced, a couple of support posts replaced, and new footings. They worked quickly to help us! Nestor has done a couple jobs for us over the years, first helping us repair some major wood rot on our large wraparound front porch, then later replacing all the railings, lattice and posts with composite materials. Both times we thought the price was excellent for the job and both times he was communicative and showed up when he said he would. The work was done timely snd professionally - we were thrilled with the way the house looks now and we'll definitely contact this company again the next time we have a project!
