It was a fairly simple project that ended up taking over a month due to some communication issues. They did apologize for the inconvenience and comped us one service. The work was done well but the customer service could have been better.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I had two walls painted in my home and I can honestly say it was the best paint job I have even seen (and I have lived many places and have had a lot of painting done for me). As well, everyone from office personnel to the gentleman who came to do the painting (Freddie) was very professional and very honest about time, prices, etc. This company would now be my first choice for any home work I wanted done. They are great!

Several issues with this job, but the primary one was that they project was not completed and the company is now completely unresponsive. The price quoted was for painting and replacing a rod in my closet, which I was told would be **easy** After four months and three missed appointments, the rod still has not been replaced and my closet is unusable. The paint job was completed satisfactorily but the painters did not leave the extra paint (which was a unique color) so I am unable do touch up without getting a whole new match mixed. I do not appreciate being ghosted after paying in full and I can not recommend the company.

There seems to be only one person who takes calls or responds to calls or messages. It was frustrating communicating with the company. After my workman left, someone else had to come back to fix what he had not done well. That was after someone else did not show up to fix it on the day I was told he would.

We have been working with Bob Chambers for 14 years. He and his team completed a major renovation that transformed our small Cape Cod into a beautiful, highly functional living space that has enhanced life for our family. Bob is a great problem solver, good listener, and assembles a strong team. That initial major project and many smaller projects since then have been completed with care and craftsmanship. The only downside is that we often have to wait a long time to get the work done, but the results are worth the wait.

Richard and his crew was courteous and very professional. My new kitchen looks great, and I plan to re-hire them for my next remodeling project.
