Was wonderful to work with, on time, fixed problem and it was done at a reasonable price. Contacted me within minutes of my post last night and my washer are up and running tonight!

Never hire these people and I wouldn't ever use HomeAdvisor again either as they must not certify that the companies fulfill what they offer. Charged me to fix my refrigerator and worked for 3 days. Did not honor warranty and quit responding to contacts. Spoke with another repair company and since I lost Freon, can't fix it. So I was taken. I'm guessing the reviews were not verified either.

We have had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. They did not fix our washing machine, as they stated they would... and when they promised to return to try again, they no-showed... From that point on they have refused to return phone calls, texts or emails. They promised to refund our money if their "repair" didn't work -- it even states that on the bottom of their receipt -- but they refuse to acknowledge our attempts to reach them and we just threw away around $230... oh, plus the $900 we just spent on a new washing machine. I'm so disappointed in this company. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This guy was great. I have used him several times and he has always done a wonderful job.

After numerous calls due to issue with the repair job on my washing machine and dryer, Manuel never returned the calls. He also did not send me the repair receipt for the dryer as he said he would. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Tech did not show up as scheduled. Came back later Monday the 8th. Supposed to order parts, but I have not heard back from them in 6 business days. I still do not have a working washing machine and may have to hire someone else at this point.

Although we explained what was needed, they came with wrong part, said they'd be back in 1-2 days with correct part. Never heard back so called them 3 days later; they came a week later with wrong part, trying to sell us on it stating the correct part wasn't available. Their part did NOT fix it, so we rejected it. Over a week of wasted time and inconvenience.

The technician was right on time, very knowledgable and had our refrigerator back up and running in a very short amount of time.

Knew exactly what was wrong with our ice maker. Returned when promised, installed the part. Ice maker is working as it should. Didn't have to pay for part and service until work was completed. I like that. I will definitely call them again for a needed repair.

Miguel arrived on time and quickly unhooked and removed our old refrigerator and replaced it with our new refrigerator. He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I thought his fee was reasonable. I will definitely call him again for all our appliance repairs, etc.

Miguel promptly diagnosed our refrigerator's problem and quickly corrected it along with a full explanation of the cause and remedial actions taken. We were extremely pleased with the service and Miguels friendliness. We would definitely seek their help for future appliance problems.
