NW Bathworks replaced a 17 year old water heater with a tankless water heater 2 weeks after requesting service. I was thankful for that fast turn around considering service demand is rather high. Before he left the job, he kindly tutored me on how to flush the unit myself and instructed me on the warranty. For the price and quality of service, highly recommended

Quick to respond (1st), I needed a hot water tank in a week, they located the right one (non-standard 'short' 50 gal tank) and installed it the next day. Priced on high end of the Angie price range for this work, but competitive with the next best offer. Quick, professional, to-the-point service.

Needed to replace a water heater that died and soaked the garage. Put the request out on Angi. I had three quick responses. Two companies could help me that day, one company needed 4 days to come out. Of the two companies, both seemed reasonable but NW Bathworks was more professional. NW Bathworks was informative about my options, up front on pricing, and made reasonable promises for delivery, and then exceeded my expectations. They were quick, professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after they were done working. I went with the tankless option and their installation work was superb. (It’s actually impressive to look at.) I can’t rate/review the heater yet - it’s only been a few days of use. But all is good so far.

After finding we needed a new tank and receiving a fairly high quote from a larger Seattle area company, I’m very thankful we got a second quote from NW Bathworks. Jason phoned and messaged within an hour of submitting the request on Angi. He was able to quote over the phone and performed the work the next morning. Other companies were either booking a week out or charging “emergency” rates to do it immediately. Being an older home, we needed an updated gas line connection, updated pressure regulator from the street, a new tank with updated venting, and a new outdoor faucet. All was completed in 2 hours and the work was flawless. Jason and Greg were reasonably priced, very experienced, and clean. We have recommended them to our local parent groups and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Jason and his team were awesome! They responded immediately to my request and we’re at my house within 90 minutes. Jason was able to figure out a way to access a pipe in a tricky location so that he could replace an external faucet. The job was done quickly and professionally.

Jason & crew were great to work with. In 1 day they re-piped my home, put in 2 new comfort height toilets, new faucets in both baths & the kitchen, a new water heater, dishwasher, & whole house water filter. It's wonderful & all for much less than the other bids. Will call them for any other plumbing needs.

NW Bathworks had the best estimate out of the three and had a good comprehensive solution. They gave me an estimate based on photos and although my pipe size was bigger and parts more expensive charged me the same amount they quoted. Quality of the work was good and timely. Will works with them again.

Jason and Greg were awesome in their quick response and their suggestions on replacing my 17 year old water heater. Everything was up front with the cost. They were on time for both the quote and the job. A little issue on getting the required Kenmore permit, but that was worked out. I would definitely recommend them for their honesty, hard work, efficiency, and very fair pricing.

Both Jason and Greg completed the job as promised. Quality and cost effective. Other bids were significantly higher and required an prepaid visit (credit if job accepted) which was not convenient. Photos were sufficient for the contractor(s) and job was completed successfully in short order. Communications with Jason were consistently responsive and I would highly recommend their services to any one needing a preemptive replacement. I will follow up with a review pending the final COB inspection.

Greg & Jason installed a water heater I purchased from them & a bathroom sink faucet for me. They went above and beyond explaining everything they were doing and how it all works to me and even taping up a hole Jason discovered in my dryer hose. They did such great work for substantially lower pricing than other quotes I received and provided advise on another project I was considering, so I hired them right away for a second job. They came back out and installed a new kitchen sink I purchased elsewhere, and a new faucet and garbage disposal I purchased from them. Again they did great work, and went above and beyond bringing an aerator to perfectly match my new sink. The faucet they provided is commercial grade and works amazing compared to some of the cheaper plastic models I probably would have gone with had I not received their input. I am an extremely happy & satisfied customer and expect to hire NW Bathworks for any and all plumbing jobs I have in the future. I would absolutely recommend their services.

I called 3 other companies for the job they were by far the least expensive company for the job. Not only that, but they were able to get the job done in a very timely manner for us. We recommend Greg and NW Bathworks highly.

work accomplished by two men in training, supervised.;hookup two sinks and a customer provided disposal which took an hour and 15 minutes. cost was $557. Appreciated that they were available and came out but overall cost was higher than expected.
