Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I phoned Northwest custom plumbing on Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment the following Wednesday. Brent and Trevor came to our home punctually, they were courteous, prepared, and frankly a delight to deal with. There was a difficulty with the apparatus involved with venting the tank because of some unusual attachment points. It was successfully and speedily resolved. I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I already have. Thank you Brent, Trevor, Greg, and Jason. Well done

They were very easy to work with, kind, affordable, and timely, but after I took a closer look at the tub installed, I noticed that it had been chipped and scratched in multiple areas during installation. Also, the tub was not installed completely level.

NW Custom Plumbing did a wonderful job. They were right on time, made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving and were great to work with. I'm glad to have finally found a plumber in Stanwood that is reasonable price and really proficient. I will use this company every time I have a plumbing issue.
