Very good job! I still don t understand how crew showed up with one ladder for a gutter install....lucky I had one they could use! Seems petty but when a company expects you to be prepared to pay....we also expect the company to be prepared to work. Professional is in the details!

I would highly recommend this business. They responded to our inquiry the same day. We received a quote and an expected day to install the gutters. Brett stayed in touch by phone and the crew were able to come a day earlier than expected. The crew got right to work and did an excellent job! Customer service is over the top! Brett was very cordial and informative. I would definitely recommend them!

I hired this company for myself and my sister after Hurricane Michael. They installed a aluminum ceiling on our screened in porch. It has been 3 months and it droops and sags. I have contacted the company multiple times and was told they are through with work in Panama City. I filed complaint with BBB to which they didn' t respond. The owner installed a ceiling in my sisters bathroom removing previous insulation and not putting any back. Her ceiling is very warm to touch. Steve Friley sat with my sister and I and assured us if we hired this company that they would do quality work. I sent him pictures of the shoddy work and he apologized and passed my pictures on to the owner. NO RESPONSE so I asked if they are not coming back to Panama City then please refund my money so I can have someone else do it right. Again no response. I do not know what to do now. How many other people did they do this to after the Hurricane? Please be careful if you hire this company.

the work made a tremendence diference on my home air conditioning house air is now stable, workers were very helpful and friendly. I would and have already recommended them to friends.

On 19 March 2019, I signed a contract for gutters to be installed on my residence with NW FL Insulation and Gutters of Milton FL (business number WDS0052911) 3867 Avalon Blvd. Milton FL (850-418-3193 NWFLinsulation@gmail.com). The salesman (Rob 843-267-8151) showed me a copy of their workman s comp policy and their business license which matched the number on the purchase order. He measured out the gutters and talked to me a little bit about the work they do. I signed the contract and provided my debit card for the deposit of $1178.14 (half the total estimate). Rob said that they would do the work on the 2nd of April. The 2nd of April came and went and no one from this company showed up or made any contact with me. I called them twice on the 3rd of April and left messages requesting more information about them not showing up to do the work. Called again on the April 4th and left a message at 0954 finally at around noon someone (Steve) returned my call and informed me that their *production manager* (Tristan 850-281-5314) had been fired and that they were working to get jobs rescheduled. I told him to cancel my job and refund my money, 30 minutes later the *owner* Alex Roddy called and asked me to keep the order and that if I did, he would give me a $200 discount on the job. I accepted and we rescheduled for the following week (9 April). Alex called me on Sunday the 7th of April and informed me that due to predicted bad weather, they would not be able to keep that appointment. Rescheduled again for Wednesday 10 April, Alex told me his crew would arrive between 1200 - 1300 that afternoon. I took half a day off just so I could observe the installation and make sure everything went well. Again no one showed up. Started sending Alex text messages. At 1500 and 1600 he responded in disbelief to the first one and 30 minutes later texted me that their truck had broken down and that they would not make it that day either. This is when I cancelled the order altogether and realized that Alex Roddy and NW FL Insulation and Gutters had never intended to provide any services other than stealing my money. This is fraud if there ever was any. After doing further research, I cannot validate his business number and feel that it was all fraudulently generated. I have filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Northwest Florida but doubt that Mr. Roddy will care or react. I have sent numerous texts (about twice a week) and left messages at the office number (850-418-3193) and no response.

Our job was relatively small so they didn t get us on their schedule as quickly as I would have liked, but when they came they were quick and efficient and we were pleased with the outcome.

Great customer service by the owner and his crew. Everyone was very professional. The owner was very quick to respond to questions or concerns during the process. The gutters look phenomenal and was well done. I would highly recommend.

Great Work! Austin, Steven, and James had been working all day in Panama City but made time to stop in Fort Walton Beach on the way back to insulate our attic. Nice, polite crew who do good work. Cant ask for better. Thank you!

Exceptional organization of high integrity. While committing all assets to the Hurricane Michael reconstruction effort NWFL Insulation was unwilling to compromise quality and effort to current customer base. The owner (Alex) personally followed up with us on site to ensure our project was completed properly. When the team was committed elsewhere Alex performed the work himself. Superior organization who care about the customers and the quality of work.

No games. No gimmicks. They came here fast and finished the job to my complete satisfaction.

They are great to work with but are extremely expensive.

They did not perform the work as it was quoted. The workers cut (not trim) limbs on live oak tree without asking. They laid the white gutters in the dirt prior to the job and failed to clean them after the install. They have not been back to complete the scope of work agreed on. The job started on November 8. Great Salesman, poor installers.

We had a lot of issues with our mortgage company in order to get payment for our contractor and they were very patient and worked with us. The people have been top notch and the end result has been great.

Poor review based on the following: 1. Gutter work not started for weeks despite a 50% deposit. 2. The owner highly recommended a gutter guard system at the time of our initial contact. It was very poorly installed, and multiple pieces blew off with a gentle breeze. It is noteworthy that this company no longer installs that system due to multiple problems. 3. I did not receive an appropriate refund for that failed system, nor would the owner return multiple calls. 4. The owner/salesperson pressures the consumer for a commitment AND deposit at the initial meeting. 5. The gutter system was delivered to my property and placed on grass. The underlying grass died because of this. The homeowners association complained to me about the construction site. 6. Gutters were installed in the same fashion as the existing ones that the owner of this business had loudly declared were incorrect and needed replacement. There was absolutely no improvement from the existing gutter system. 7. Three additional trips to the property were required to correct errors and omissions. I found the project manager and one of the workers much more responsive than the owner. 8. The work was expensive and poorly itemized on the paperwork. I was an absentee owner who was victimized by this company. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with NWFL Insulation and Gutters.

Overall a pretty great result on my gutters. The quality looks good.

These guys did a good job, cleaned up the work area thoroughly and were very customer oriented. I will use them again.
