This person's work was completed. She is reffering to more addnl. Work she wants. We informed her we could not do the additional and referred her to another co.

Very friendly and professional father and son team. Showed up on schedule and left nothing behind other than the gutters. There is one small leak that needs to be repaired; and we are waiting for some disbursement spouts. Otherwise they were excellent in all aspects.
Hard working crew that worked well together and coordinating each personâ s responsibilities. Job done well and quickly.

On August 27, 2020, a representative of the N.W. Florida Rain Gutters, Inc. call me to berate me on my review and demanded that I remove the comments. He stated that when I removed the comments they would send someone out to fix the problem. I suggested that someone come and fix the the problem and I would retract or amend the review ( as I know I cannot just delete the review). We came to an understanding after a heated exchange that he would send someone out that day to correct the situation. It is now 5:30 pm 8/28/2020 and I have not seen anyone yet!! Would someone challenge me on this discussion I can attest to the fact that my husband was right there on the sofa when this conversation took place. I'm sure you will be reading this and look forward to our conversation tomorrow morning.
There was a 4 day timespan before we could get back out to fix this issue. However I guess that was to long for them to wait. as a foot note the gutters were existing gutters that are aprx. 20 years old. and we do not take advantage of any customer military or otherwise. I am sorry we could not please them.
they put the wrong color on my new home I told them at the time they were putting it on that the color looked wrong the just kept going THEY CAME BACK OUT to look at job and said they would come back and take gutters off and put the right color on after months have not seen any body have called Tailer many times (nothing)
These people stood and watched the job go on for a couple hours while we installed the gutters. They then called 2 days later to say that they wanted another color. we installed the color that was described on the job ticket and the color the customer was told we would be using.
