Kind and helpful.

I just needed the furnace and a/c inspected and serviced as a condition for the sale of my home. My realtor was going to arrange that for me and at the last minute on a Saturday he told me to find someone. NW Heating & Cooling were the first to call me through Home Advisor so went with them. I needed the work done ASAP and they came out in a couple days. Their serviceman forgot to put a sticker on the furnace showing the work was done so I called their office (super nice customer service) and they sent out one for me to place. I was satisfied with their assessment of the condition ofthecfurnace and a/c.

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Showed up on time. I never received a quote for a repair though so I found another company to do it.

They knew what they were doing and got the job done efficiently. They were polite and knowledgeable and told me exactly what they were doing.

Friendly, kept us informed, gave us fixing verses replacing options. Our problems were multiple heating system failure. We will be working with them through the spring to fix winter damage and aging parts. Much better then other two local companies that just wanted to replace everything brand new.

NW Heating and Cooling staff was professional, prompt and very fair. Their office staff bent over backwards to assist me. The tech was helpful and plainly answered all of my questions.

Excellent communication when setting up the appointment and for the return visit when installing the new equipment. Reasonably priced.

Prompt courteous service. The technician kept me informed of arrival time. Checked all functions of the heating system and completed necessary documentation.

The technician originally misdiagnosed the problem. I though it was going to cost me about $580. But when he came back with the part, he saw that that was not the problem at all. It only cost me around $55. So thumbs up for being honest. They paid to ship the part back to the company from which it was ordered.

They put a furnace in a rental home for me and they also did a mini split for a man cave. I've never had any complaint from my renters. She's a local, privately owned business that does quality work.

I think what really impressed me about Christine is that she always responded and communicated promptly whenever I had a question. She never left me hanging.

Installation and clean-up were professionaly done at a fair price with quality equipment. Jacob the installer was friendly and informative. Would use this company again.

Clean the fans/ wanted to buy the glass cleaner, wanted to buy addtional glass and no response. NO check for carbon monoxide .

I spoke with Christine the same day the furnace went out for my renters and she offered to call the renter and "walk through" some possible fixes with my renter. Even though there wasn't a quick fix, she arranged to have a repairman to the rental at 8am the NEXT morning! Awesome service!!!!! Christine also gave me her direct cell phone number if I had any questions or concerns.

I dont remember the installers name but was very curtious and profesional. I would Highly recomend him to any one whe needs a heating system or work done.
