UPDATE 2: Still no response from Jeremy... UPDATE: 30 minutes after initially leaving this review, Jeremy finally responded and "apologized" for not responding and failing to come to our appointments. After more excuses, he finally agreed to meet and come to the house where we finally got to voice our frustrations in person. After the meeting, we requested to hear options for when the work could be done to fix the issues as well as reimbursement options. We requested that we get these options within 48 hours or we would begin to leave complaints with L&I and the BBB on his company. We were generous and gave him over a week where we heard nothing. We have only received more excuses and no intention to follow through with his word. This was over 4 weeks ago. I have attached screenshots of those conversations as well. We have since left complaints with both L&I and the BBB and will continue to do what is necessary for ourselves. Please let us be the reason you never work with him.

When I received The original bid, dated 6/22/2024 (the one that I signed with my finger) I saved it in my email. About a week before the project was to start. I asked how much it would cost to demo the master bathroom. I was quoted an extra $900. Not too long after the project started. Brandon told me that the molding was on backorder and wasn t sure when it would be available and that he would take it off the original bid. When it was time to pay The revised bid that he sent me was quite a bit higher than the original. When I went back to my email to look at my original bid that I signed. It was gone. He replaced it with a higher bid ( with the same original date of June 22nd ) He then electronically signed my name at the bottom. When I asked him to see the original bid, he said it was at home and he would forward it to me when he got home. I told him I would pay for the flooring installation and the bathroom demo, and I would pay the difference when I saw the original quote. He became very flustered and said he subtracted $300 right now and would come back on Monday and finish up. I paid him a total of $7412.27 on July 27th. I received the original document and he never showed up on Monday to finish the work. Originally he told me that he charged $1.99 a square foot to install the flooring. We both agreed that the house was 2000 square-foot. $1.99 x 2000 = $3980. I told him on the day that he did the bid that I would be doing the demo, removing all the trash, and removing everything off the floors except I needed the heavy furniture moved. He said moving the furniture was not a problem. since I don't have the original bid, and according to his fees. 3980 + $900 = $4880 + tax( 414.80) = $5294.80. He says the workers had to remove glue from the laundry room floor and there was an extra fee added for that. The workers started on July 17th ( Wednesday), with the the great room, and then would come back the following Monday to start the rest. That would give me time to finish the demo and move boxes and other belongings to the finished floor. The workers finished with the great room Wednesday afternoon and wanted to start The rest of the house the next day(Thursday). I told the workers that I couldn't start the rest of the house until the following Monday as I needed time to prepare. Brandon contacted me and asked me if I could get the things out of the hallway in the laundry room so they could start the work the next day (Thursday) I told Brandon that was not what we agreed upon but, to try. I worked hard to try and get that all done for them. As far as the demo goes. If there was anything the workers had to do, it was because they started way before the agreed-upon time. A couple of days before they were to start, I confirmed with Brandon the schedule of the great room being done on, July 17 ( Wednesday ) then coming back on Monday to start the rest. I reminded him of this text message that I sent him and he confirmed. He said he couldn't remember. Paid $7412. 27 Owed $5294.80 With a difference of $2117.47 that he owes me.

Jeremy, his whole crew was awesome to work with. They did a kitchen remodel for me and some flooring and painting work will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Me and my wife had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. We got a bid from NW Modern Construction within a day or so they did beautiful work and all the employees were really nice. Thank you again.

We had an issue with a previous contractor. The flooring wasnâ t installed correctly and we had NW MODERN CONSTRUCTION come out and give us a bid the bid was good and they also helped us choose Flooring with their designer and gave us a contractor discount they didnâ t take any payment upfront And the work turned out great.

We found jeremy and his team on Google and they were great to work with all the contractors were really nice and always cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing was good as well. We will definitely use them again.

It's always a relief when you find the right contractor for your job. When we met the guys at NW Modern Construction we could tell right away we found the right folks for our master bath remodel. As the job progressed we felt very comfortable and confident our job was in good hands. All jobs have questions and changes that come up during progress. Jeremy did a great job checking in with us and resolving all questions before moving on. The result is a Master bath renovation that is stunning, with the attention to detail that you can expect from true craftsmen!

Jeremy and his crew were awesome to work with. They installed about 2000 Sqft of white oak hardwood. It turned out really beautiful and I will be using them again for my rental home. Definitely recommend these guys thank you a lot NW MODERN CONSTRUCTION.

Me and my husband hired NW Modern Construction to come do our flooring. It was about 3000 sqft they gave us a good bid and didnâ t take any payment upfront and didnâ t take payment until they were complete. They do wonderful work will definitely work with them again.

These guys are really awesome to work with. The whole team is really nice and they do wonderful work always came on time and left everything always clean at the end of the day will definitely hire again thank you and NW Modern Construction.

They said they were going to do the trim work, and they did a really bad job on it. They scratched up my floor and broke a piece of flooring, and will not come back. I will have to hire another contractor. I had a contract signed for $3100 tax was $260.40 total of $3360.40. They wanted to be paid before job was done and they up charged me almost $1,000 they told me that I did not get charged for tax in which I did. They told me that the flooring that I picked out was originally $450 sq ft, Then they said they were going to sell it to me for $4 a ft. but I did some checking and the actual material cost was $3.08 ft they wanted to be paid cash which I gave them a check and they went to my bank to cash it. I sent them a ton of messages that I did not want to go this route and they will not respond. So I would not recommend this company nor use this company.

Flooring was done on time and they did really great work and took there time and made sure everything was done perfectly.

We contacted NW Modern Construction last month for a quote to remodel our bedroom and they answered all are questions and were really nice and listened to everything we wanted. There bid was a little more then others but they were really detailed and had good opinions. Weâ re glad we went with them. A lot of other contractors said it would take a month and they had it done in 2.5 weeks. Will be using again for sure.

I found them through a friend and I couldn't find a good flooring installer. they showed me there projects and helped me with everything. had the floors done sooner then expected. will use again.
